    bit the big one...at least in terms of what I use it for. As of last night, the graphics card has gone wonky. I can't fix the resolution back to what it should be, and everything looks strangely stretched. I panicked a bit, seeing that I have been so on top of my PL and doing more layouts, but I am getting set up on my notebook for now. A new desktop will be in the future, but this should work for now....anyhoo...just telling people who will understand my plight :thumbsdowns

    Ugh...no fun at all Aaron!

    Hopefully your notebook works well for you until you can get your desktop replaced.

    My laptop has been acting wonky for some time now, but fortunately, I don't scrap on it, just use for perusing the site. Wishing you a quick resolution to your situation, Aaron, I'll have withdrawals if your pages go AWOL, I'm a huge fan!

    Blah, that stinks! :sorry Hopefully you get it all either fixed or replaced quickly! I'm always amazed at how much I take my computer and internet for granted when I end up not being able to use them! I'm so happy to have my new desktop and I now have my laptop for backup...

    I hope it won't take too long, Aaron. I know I've gotten spoiled scrapping on a desktop so much so that the laptop feels tiny and strange.

    I just replaced my three year old laptop a couple of months ago, so I know your pain. Hang in there and I hope it all gets FIXED soon and well.

    you got me thinking, weird things have been going on with my iMac and I think it could be the graphics?
    I think I'll need a new one soon...

    Ugh! seems like there are computer issues in the air lately! I hope you can get it fixed with just a graphics card swap and that you're up and running again in no time.

    Oh goodness...my heart just started racing, thinking about losing the ability to use my laptop!!! Makes me worry about getting a newer model and having this one as my back up...something I must plan for!!

    Coming back to update...thanks to a quick Tax refund and an especially generous wife (or one who was sick of seeing me mope around without scrapping to do) I am back in the land of the digital living...getting it all set up tonight, and will be scrapping again tomorrow.
