SO TRUE!!! I think Lorry needs to sell "watch me scrap" classes.... see her run all her actions/scripts, from downloading a kit, to creating a page. And, I am in awe of her gallery. :)

Same goes for word art - if you buy a kit and you need to have a certain word spelled differently or word art phrased differently, when possible, I think a lot of designers would be happy to help. I've done it in the past a few times. I try to remember to include"ou" spellings where needed but it's easy to forget when you're in the zone.

I use template elements as placement guides. With actions of course. ;) I meant to do a scrapping video a while back and then my hard drive died and I never re-downloaded the screen capture software on the new hard drive. Thanks for reminding me. :) But it won't happen this week! Maybe next week.

You have actions for everything. ... do you still have anything left to do yourself after you run them all?! So awesome. ... and an awesome way to scrap fast. :D

I'm Canadian and we use 'u' as well. That being said, I also live on a border so we tend to be more 'Americanized' and both spellings are acceptable in schools etc. Me being 'older' I am attached to my 'ou' and will only spell that way. I have progressed though as I am doing better at spelling 'programme' without the extra 'me' :)

I've tried to get in the habit of writing it ahead of time in Lightroom but I just don't know how I want to word it until I see my page. So I guess I need a script that can look at my whole LO, read my mind, and put together flowery prose in the perfect font. :giggle

yeah i'm like that too - i feel like it's hypocritical of me to tell my kids that spelling matters when they're doing homework and then they look at my scrapbook pages of them and 'mom'.... Traveller and Journalling get me too but it's mostly colour and favourite - everytime there's a 'list' challenge i cringe


I love a lot of what people disliked in this thread - I sooooo LOVE folder previews labelled 'folder' - i like 'seeing' inside folders without having to open them all and single page ALPHAS are fine with me - i'm fine with just marqueeing and dragging the parts that i want to use

We are all so different, it must make designers crazy LOL
 
*cough* naturally I LOVE EVERYTHING that TLP designers make :giggle BUT I will admit that I really am NOT a fan of brads ... sorry, I just don't get them :D
