Mondays. Do you love them? Do you hate them?
I like the fresh start to the week they represent. And my high hopes to do better at my goals this week.

How about you?

I usually struggle through them. But last night I decided I was going to try to wake up to the fresh start idea. Get a couple tasks done I didn't get finished then clean sheets and laundry.

I don't like Mondays on Sunday nights. The end of a nice weekend with my Honey home and all. But once Monday morning comes I do like the fresh start to the week. :)

I don't mind them during the summer, but once the boys are back to school, they'll be my least favorite day of the week :giggle

it depends, I like them at the moment cause I can ease into my week on a Monday as I don't have uni. Last semester when the alarm went off at 5.30am well that was another story

I am definitely not a Monday person. It means the beginning of my work week with a very stressful job.

I've always like Mondays because it's a fresh start to a 'real' week. I also was fortunate to like almost all my working days.

I'm just not a fan of Mondays anymore. Most of my job is answering phones. The call volume is so high on Mondays. It's just so much noise & talking. Honestly, Fridays are the same. The good thing about Mondays is hubby does all the kid stuff (lunches, school drop off/pickup). I do all that stuff on the other days, so it's nice not to rush around before and after work. School starts for me & the kids next week, so every day's about to be crazy.

I like Mondays. After my morning routines, I take a yoga class, plan my Tuesday & Wednesday work, start laundry and usually spend time on the computer in between the washer and drier beeping at me. On a good day, I can get all the laundry for the week done. Once school starts, Girl Scouts will be meeting Monday evenings. So over all, a productive day.

Here's how my Monday started. I went to the gym to do my morning swim and aqua aerobics class. A sign of the front door said that there was no hot water. At least the water in the pool was a normal temperature today, since afterwards I had to brave the cold water showers.

Then I got caught in the torrential downpour just as I was walking to the grocery store. Got soaked again, but the rain was warmer than my shower, so it actually felt good.

Other than that, it was the perfect Monday! lol So I would say that, no I really don't like Mondays. I think I prefer Fridays.

it was a marvelous Monday here!! School went so good (I think the boys knowing that public school started today helped). We went shoe shopping for the boys after lunch...this is my favorite shopping with them. They know what they love, and love what they get! We get 3 pairs each and it last about 5 months! I get giggly at them in the stores. We only had to go to 3 today! record! lol
I got a nap, finished laundry, (@carilyne ) I did sheets today too...made things in my new InstaPot! love love love
dinner is done, and now <gasp> I am getting ready to scrap for Friday's release...pure awesome! woot
gonna take a shower and scrap!!

This Monday is the last one that I will love :( Next Monday is my first day back at work, so I will really hate that one haha. Mondays in the summer are the best! It means hubby goes back to work, DS sleeps in, and I get a few hours of peace and quiet.

I used to love Monday as I worked weekend when on stage, then I did many jobs in which the day didnt really matter, it was shifts and we would work any day of the week...and now I don't work so...it shouldn't natter...but I do admit...don't like them.
My most fav day of the week is Friday!!!

Mondays usually set the tone for my week as far as my running goes. If I go out on Monday morning, I'm more likely to stick with it the rest of the week.
Today, specifically, I was very productive on my run (even though it was harder mentally than usual), and during work, so I think it'll be a good week.

what i kinda hate about monday is knowing mosta the world is still enjoying sunday

Now that I'm working more from home they aren't so bad, but sometimes I do find myself trying to squeeze in stuff I didn't get done on the weekend. It's more like if I get through Monday the rest of the week is ok.

nope. i always always want an extra weekend day with my family. monday's usually mean wake early, having to be somewhere early or having lots to do. once i get past monday ... i am good for the rest of the other week days though.

I do tend to get the Sunday blahs, knowing that Monday is coming and the fun weekend is drawing to a close. It's not as bad as it used to be since I work from home now, but I still get it.

School started for us yesterday (why I am just now posting, on Tuesday night LOL). Daniel started middle school, and it was hard for him to get up and it was hard to get him motivated. Then he didn't have a great day . . . I have to admit, two of his teachers are a bit . . . um . . . odd. So keeping him focused and peppy the rest of the evening wore me. And then all the paperwork to fill out. I wish to goodness they would have online forms we could fill out and submit.

So if it was just me, Monday would have been fine . . . but dealing with Daniel made it not such a great day. Ha!

I guess I have an aversion. I said ALL OF THAT to finally admit it.
