MOC 2023!!!

I am so eager and excited. I cannot say how much I love the theme for the upcoming festivities. It just really hits home for me.

It runs from Jan 1 - 31, and it's called Month of Challenges. A new challenge is posted every day and at the end, the goal is to scrap a page every day from these challenges. Sometimes the prize at the end is a Pollywog or Guest Pollywog gig - and there's always some monetary award for each person that completes all 31 challenges. It's a blast and a real stretch of skills. I've done it since #6 and it's one of my most favorite things in all of digi-land to accomplish!

I only missed the first three and have done every MOC ever since, so for the first time, on the registration form, I felt qualified to mark "Yes, I do MOC every year."

I've thought about next MOC several times during the year, it has become such a favorite annual event for me. During DSD, because we had to write a TLP status update for one of the boxes of the Bingo card, I wrote, "Only 13 weeks until MOC." I should update that!

Question for people running MOC: After submitting my preregistration, I clicked the back arrow because I wanted to re-read it. That doesn't UN-register me, right? I'll happily send another registration if that might be a good idea, but I'm guessing just going back in my browser doesn't hurt. Right?

I'm a little nervous that it sounds like something might be changing about MOC. I thought it already involved art, story, and community. I anxiously await more details!

I can't even describe how excited I am for this year's MOC. I love MOC always and this year is going to be the best one yet. I can't wait for all of the details to come out!

I love that it's something fun to look forward to after Christmas is over and it's just boring old winter here. Gives me something exciting to do every day in January.

If anything I hope any changes make it easier for those putting it on - I can't imagine the amount of work involved in figuring it out and tallying it all up!
