Meatloaf

I'll have to try one of these recipes! I love meatloaf but I have never cooked it myself - I know...weird

my friend just gave me a recipe i'm dying to try. she said she uses ground chicken or turkey, shreds an apple and baby spinach in it then bakes it. she said it all just sort of melts away in the meatloaf, and you're just left with super moist meatloaf with great flavor. i have it on the menu to try this week... i'll let you know how it turns out.

I do not do meatloaf. Eating it or cooking it.

me either. it has never been well-received by my family.

My family (of picky eaters) really digs these mini meatloaves. The food snob in me feels "meh" about them but they are pretty tasty.
