Since I'm new at this and not familiar with everything yet, are we supposed to "pick up" the template from somewhere (didn't want to miss it)?

Usually way before now, the winner of the coupon will have been announced. And within a day or so, tpbuffy will message the participants with a link to download the free template.

The winner was announced Saturday night shortly after the time limit was up. I was just wondering about the participant template. :) Thank you for the information.
