M3 Subscriber Pricing + Coupons

who i contact, my sub showing inactive, where jammies shows active. And not reflecting 50% add-ons. Either january or older. I got the main kit and other offered for subscribing
 
I am still having problems with the M3 things coming up half off. I currently have three in my cart.
 
Might someone suggest how to name the kit, so all that goes with the month is together? Working on my hard drive today (::)
 
I put everything for a particular month in the same folder. If I have any add-ons for that month, the add-on is in its own folder inside the main folder.
Main folders are named M3 (year)-(month) because I want them in date order, not alphabetical by month name.
e.g.
M3 2014-12
M3 2015-01
 
I do the same thing. I create a folder called 2015_April_M3 and then put the main parts of the kit in that, and I put the add-ons folder inside that as well. I keep the add-ons in separate folders inside the main so crediting is easier. :)
 
I just joined.
Do I need a code for downloading this months M3 'for free'? Or am I doing anything wrong?
 
Have you signed in? It should automatically mark it down for you but you don't see it until you are looking at the cart.
 
Quick question: do any discounts apply for new members who want to purchase old kits and/or add-ons?

Yes but I forget how much. But a little bit of help is better than none. If you don't get a discount then check with Help and they'll get it straightened out.
 
@lmccandless Hey Laura,is my subscription still active? received an email from Paypal to say it was cancelled?? logged into Paypal and it said it had expired. Can you check for me please and let me know if I need to do something to make it active again? thanks :)
