Hi, I am thinking about subscribing. I can choose between lump sum and various months options. If I subscribe for 2, 4 or 6 months with a monthly payment do I have to renew every time after the number of months is up? If I subscribe for 12 months with a monthly payment I can cancel any time after 2 months, right? Not that I am planning to but I don't want to make a 12 months commitment right away without the possibility to cancel. Thanks for the clarification. Rikki
Hi Rikki, thanks for your interest in M3. If you subscribe, you do have to renew after the number of months is up. It does not renew automatically. For the 12 month commitment, you can cancel after 2 months, although we're sure you'll enjoy it so much that you'll want to stay for the entire year! Let me know if you have any other questions or need assistance in subscribing. We'd love to have you join us.
HI! I just joined for the duration of two months. I put the kit in my cart as explained after I paid via Paypal. The kit is in my cart, and saying it costs. I logged out and back on again, but its the same. Im not sure if I misunderstood, but do I need a special coupon, or will it take time, as I JUST paid for the subscription? I cant wait to start!
@lmccandless will be here early to get you set up. In meantime, you might want to let her know, if your store name is differant then your forum name
I posted this question on another post, but I guess I should have posted it here. For this special sign-up period, do we get both the August kit AND an older kit for free as part of our membership?
Hi I haven't downloaded a few month's of my subscription, is there any way I can download them for free? When I put them in my cart, they are showing up that I have to pay. Thanks, Sue
@suejoy - If you could send me a conversation with your username in the shop and the months you are missing, I will send those kits through to your email.
I have a request - pretty please - when ripping the layered png files for the templates that are included in the monthly kit, can they be numbered in layer order instead of named? If they are in layer order I can easily create my own .page file, but when they are named "photomat", "background", "frame", etc. it takes me quite awhile to re-layer them. Thank you for your consideration.
