Welcome to the November Challenge with Lynn Grieveson Designs. You have a chance to win $10 to Lynn Grieveson's store just by playing along with our challenge this month. One of my favorite challenges is a lyrics/poem challenge and that’s what we are doing here this month. Music is very much like art, we can all hear the same words of a song but each of us will interpret them in different ways. This will be a very easy challenge to do! All you need to do is use a favorite song of yours to create a layout. The song/layout can be about anything you want. You may include the whole song if you wish or just one part, but you will need to add at least 3 lines of the song lyrics, in whatever language is easiest for you to use. If the song is a non-English one, then please just let us know, here in the challenge thread, what the song is about. My page was inspired by the song called, Come Away With Me by Norah Jones. my page (image is linked for the credits) CHALLENGE RULES - Your page must contain 75% or more of Lynn Grieveson’s products sold here at The Lilypad. - Layouts must be new for this challenge and cannot be combined with other challenges. Please upload to Lynn's gallery at The LilyPad following the gallery posting rules. Link your gallery image to this thread and also show a thumbnail of Lynn’s layout which you are lifting. You have from now until the 30th of November (midnight EST) to create your layout. I’m looking forward to seeing your creations. If you have any questions, just tag me @marijke. Thanks for this fun challenge. Here's my LO. This song perfectly describes the real me and how my husband feels about me. He swears this song was wrote because of me.... me and my edges.... LOL.
Great challenge, Marijke. I love Norah Jones and that song, in particular. Wonderful inspiration, so far.
I combined 2 songs for this page. The Rembrandts with the theme song from the TV show Friends and Better Days by Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes.
Although I didn't see the challenge in time to do a layout, I love everyone else's takes on this challenge. Wonderful layouts!
