Life Changing Under $50|Pad Patter 1.21

@bestcee Courtney, thank you for sharing about the Butter Bell as I just now ordered one online from a kitchenware store. I cannot have my butter out of the fridge during summer here Down Under or it melts. So this will be great to have.

I'm really wanting one of those butter bells! Thanks for sharing
I know I've mentioned this little gadget/chopper before, but it is one of my most loved and most used

But my most recent is this mini waffle maker - $10 at Target :) We have used it to make cinnamon rolls, eggs, muffins...so fun and so easy and less mess!!

OH! That sounds amazing. I have a regular size one I slide into my bed to warm it at night. An extra long one sounds way better!

I have an extra long one draped over my desk chair right now. I've had back issues this last month and I would have to put heat on my back after my chiro appointments. So I can still be on the computer with heat on my back :)

As for the Pillow Pad, you must not watch the same TV channels I do! It has been advertised on them for several years... you know the "As Seen On TV" ads. I waited until it came to Wal-Mart before I got it. They have a display of those items right by the checkout that has the nicotine products. Knock offs are on Amazon as well.

I have recently discovered Beeswax wraps and find they are keeping my cheese fresh for longer
Tell me more. Do you wrap it around open cheese?

totally worth it
Good shoes are always totally worth it!

@littlekiwi I've always meant to buy one of those, but I use so little sprayed oil that an aerosol can last me about 18 months. I may have to consider one though!

@bestcee The cheese is block cheddar cheese ( not soft cheese). The beeswax wrap ( cloth soaked in the wax) goes soft in your hands as you wrap it tightly around the cheese.

Some good finds here! If I really think about it, I probably have a lot of these. I guess it's easy to change my life, LOL.

First, this charging station has been a great way to corral and charge all of our phones and tablets at night.

Second, I have very dry skin on my hands and nothing seems to work well on them. The few things that do are so thick that they take forever to soak in, so they're too inconvenient to use. Then I found this $4 hand cream at Target, and it's amazing! (Just know that there's a nearly identical one that says "Healing," but it's not the same as the awesome "Healing Hand Cream.")

Finally, a great travel mug that keeps drinks hot for hours and hours is a must have for me. I like these by Contigo because even a klutz like me can't spill them, but they make others that work just as well. If you get a plain silver one it's dishwasher safe, too.

@rach3975 That's a cool charging station! We have a station set up, but it's a mess of cords. I'll have to see if there's a similar one with no Apple cords since that'd be wasted here.

This is working good for me to charge my tablet and phone.

I got it for the plugs and the small size so it can sit next to the computer. I was having to plug things into the backups unit on the floor and I have trouble getting to it since it is under the desk and by the wall. So I got this really small power strip with USB plugs. Besides my phone cord and tablet cord I have the heating pad plugged into it and I still have 3 outlets available.

Amazon.com: Power Strip with USB, TESSAN Desktop 5 Ft Extension Cord Flat Plug with 6 Widely Spaced Outlets, Built-in 1700J Surge Protector for Home and Office Accessories, Black: Electronics

I can honestly say my knees love it!

I purchased one of these little Pampered Chef strainers before I even moved out of my mom's house. It's still around and I use it sooooo much.

You can also flip it and strain a can of tuna.
I have one of those! I picked it up at Bed Bath & Beyond. It's a game changer, that's for sure!

02B002FD-ADF0-4B21-AD83-73350B229184.jpeg I love this little diffuser for my desk at work. It is the perfect size for a workplace where you don’t want to overwhelm oil non-enthusiasts. And being sick this week, it has been a lifesaver to diffuse a menthol blend for my upper respiratory infection. It was about $20.00
I have the meat chopper also and bought one for each of my girls Christmas stockings. Can’t live without it.

Definitely adding some of these to my wish list!

I do have a meat chopper and onion chopper that I love.

I'll come back when I think of anything that has been life changing recently....

This garlic press by Pampered Chef. We use lots of fresh garlic and this works so well. You do NOT have to peel it all. Just put in a clove (or more if they are small) and squeeze.

Oh we have that --I should get it out and use it.
My favorite so far are the eggs. I sprinkle a little cheese in there, scramble the egg with a little salt, pepper, and a few real bacon bits, pour it in there...cook it for a little, then open and sprinkle a little more cheese on top and cook it again for a minute or two. Yum!! Chance likes the cinnamon rolls the best. I found a whole Pinterest board of stuff to try :)

The charging station has USB ports, so you can plug in whatever type of cables you need. We use some of the ones that came with ours, but I've also swapped some out for USB-C cables and my fitness tracker's charger.
