Today is National Lazy Day!
lazy.jpg

Other than the fact that I had to sit at Walmart for almost 3 hours today waiting for them to put tires on my car, I have been completely lazy today. I've been binging the new season of Wednesday on Netflix. We went to the state fair on Friday and didn't get home until 1am... I've been recovering ever since. I have determined that I am getting to old for days like that hahaha.

Have you had a lazy day?
If not today, when have you had one?
What's your favorite way to spend a lazy day?

Have you had a lazy day?
Sort of. I scrapped 2 or 3 pages (and am finishing a 4th I started a few days ago but was waiting on a missing component to finish) and read a book. I got a lot done today but wore cozy clothes and relaxed a bit.

If not today, when have you had one?
I've been having a more chill summer this summer because we all needed it.

What's your favorite way to spend a lazy day?
Reading in bed. PJs all day.

Lazy day....umm most days are that for me but what the lazy day looks like varies depending on previous night's sleep & fatigue. A semi productive lazy day would be a day of scrapping otherwise I'm resting and/or watching reality TV. Today has been a very lazy day apart from sending an email or two and checking job/housing boards. Was hoping to scrap but just not feeling up to it so rest & reality TV it will be.

Have you had a lazy day?
Yes lazy afternoon thankfully

What's your favorite way to spend a lazy day?
Laying in bed or on the couch with my phone

Have you had a lazy day? Yes, at home after church, putzing around
What's your favorite way to spend a lazy day? In pj's, hot tea at hand, scrapbooking, binge watching you-tube videos.

Ah that was perfect for me then. Spent most of the day being lazy after some very minimal housework! Still getting over some stomach bug that's been bugging me over the past week.

We had a lazy Sunday afternoon after church. We watched some tv and lounged around at home.

Most of my lazy days are spent lounging around either binge watching tv, scrapping or scrolling and snacking on junk food. I love it when I get to FaceTime with my grandbabies too.

Have you had a lazy day? I definitely did not have a lazy day yesterday sadly. Lol. We had a special church service at 10:00am to celebrate our current church building's 100th anniversary and then had a super fun (but HOT!) picnic from 11:30-2:00 after church. Then in the evening we had an outdoor concert (also HOT). Busy, but all good stuff.

If not today, when have you had one? It's been awhile. We've been busy packing in all the things into our days lately.

What's your favorite way to spend a lazy day? In my jammies either reading, watching TV with my hubby or in my craft room making art.

I never get a completely lazy day b/c of the dogs, especially Remi (my aussie). She wants to walk, play, do mind games and train often each day. But if I stay at home for a day I consider that a quiet day, as most days I am out for at least half the day.

Last wkend I spend a day at home and only left to do the above named dog things.

What's your favorite way to spend a lazy day?
Wear comfy sweats and a tee, enjoy coffee in the morning and green tea in the afternoon. Watch youtube or netflix on my computer as I create jewelry. Spend some time scrapping. Also fit in some quiet time to enjoy a book. Then the evening would be Netflix binging as a lay on the couch. If it's a lazy day, then I don't want to spend much time in the kitchen and dinner would be something simple.

I probably should have spent some time scrapping, I have a lot of catching up to do! I'm all about the chil summer. Mine has been quite as chill as I had hoped it would be, but not overly crazy either.

Sometimes rest and reality tv is the absolute best!!

That's how I tend to spend my lazy days as well!

Now I could really go for a hot tea, even in the heat lol That sounds really good!

Stomach bugs are the worst! I hope you feel totally better soon!!

FaceTiming the grandbabies is so fun!! The 2 1/2 year old calls me regularly and conversations with her look like her setting the iPad on the floor so I can watch the ceiling fan while she plays lol

I just commented today that I have not gotten in my usual amount of binge reading this summer. I have 2 weeks to rectify that!

I'm all for the simple dinners these days! I also consider any day that I'm able to stay home all day, a quiet day.

yes, lots of ceiling fan watching when Maddyn knocks over the phone. Weston tries to eat the phone and ends up hanging up on me…. lol :giggle
