I’m off today, it’s the 4th of July here in the US. We’ve had BBQs, nights out, fireworks, birthday parties and so much going on…. It was Go, Go, Go… so.. Today is a lazy day!

I’m reading, will scrap a bit later, maybe watch tv… but not much is on my plate. Maybe a load of laundry or two, lol!

What do you do on your lazy days? do you give yourself lazy days?

Today is a lazy day for us too. Yesterday was go, go, go and now I just want to sleep, sleep, sleep lol

I definitely give myself lazy days. I like to lay in my bed, read, or scrap.

Pretty much any day I don’t have my grandson feels a bit like a lazy day. On those days, I like to read (but I need a new book), and/or scrap. Maybe load or unload the dishwasher, a load of laundry. TV late afternoon and evening. I try not to watch all day unless I’m sick, or there’s a special marathon or something. I typically won’t run any errands on a true “lazy” day. It’s too hot to do anything outside here right now. The high temps have arrived!

Lazy days mean no alarm, a slow wake-up. Tea in bed and the phone scrolling instagram.
No pressure to be anywhere at a specific time. Perfection.

I like to make my bed… then snuggle under a different blanket to read. Weird, lol!

We have a party & fireworks to go to here in a bit. This morning we worked in the yard (seems never-ending). It seems like there's always something to do so it's hard for me to sit and relax. Sunday afternoons are usually my lazy afternoons. I scrap, I read on my porch, and usually make my fam eat leftovers so I don't have to cook. I've given up on trying to sleep in. My body is awake as soon as the sun rises sometimes before.

I love lazy days with no agenda. I love to wake up on my own and just lay in bed thinking about what I want to do with my free day. Usually it involves heading to my craft room to play with any one of my piled up unfinished projects. :giggle

Lazy days are for scrapbooking, gaming, watching YouTube/TV. :)
