Layout from my son

    I'm so proud, so I wanted to show you all this.
    My son is 5 years old and he's a real boyish boy, he loves his Lego Ninjago's, dinosaurs, he don't want to play with girls etc.

    and he really loves flowers and all the scrapping stuff. So he wanted to make a page too.
    He give me very precise intructions to where everything should go, I only added the shadows. And ofcourse I love the journaling (I've translated it the best I can)

    Journaling:
    Sweet darling mom,
    This is lovely photo from me with mom and Elin.
    I have the sweetest mom because she the best.
    I have the best sister because she the sweetest.

    This is so cute! He's got a good grasp of design already!

    And as to the pink - my 6- and 9- year old boys still like pink too.

    This makes me so happy. As a kindergarten teacher, I am constantly trying to get kids to understand that colors belong to everyone. Reminds me of this poem that a second grader at my school wrote once:
