thank you to all the designers and especially Amy M. at TLP! Waaaaaaaaaay back in January my computer crashed and I lost EVERYTHING. *sniff* It still makes me physically sick to my stomach to think about it. I had Mozy so I thought I was good, but somehow I totally DID NOT have my scrapping folder included in my back ups. Everything I had accumulated over the past 2 years of scrapping was GONE. GONE!! Anyway, I contacted the designers and Amy and each and every one of you was soooooo incredibly nice and responded so quickly to my cries of SORROW. Amy helped me by individually resetting some links for me, which I'm sure was a big ole humongous pain in the neck for her. Anyway, we ended up with a brand new iMac and it's taken me this long to redownload, reorganize and just figure out how to be *ONE* with my computer again. So, I'm sorry it's taken me forever and a day, but I really wanted to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping me out back then! This community really is the best!
yay!! I'm so glad you got all your TLP stuff back!! Make sure Mozy is backing up your scrap goodies now...though you have a Mac now so you should be fine! lol

Oh no! The same thing happened to me about 1.5 years ago but my issue was my son knocked over my EHD and it just died. So sorry that happened to you!!! Glad you've got everything up and running again I never was able to retrieve my gazillion photos off of that EHD, so sad
OMGosh Leigh. That's horrible, but how wonderful of all the designers here to do that for you! I'm so afraid of it happening...I have everything backed up to DVD's and to EHD's, but then Jennifer Barrette also told me about Backblaze and I just got that too. It automatically backs up all my folders on my hd and on my ehd's. I just needed that extra assurance.
