Just Jaimee subscription help

    Hello!
    I have contacted customer support numerous times, and I haven't had a reply in months. Can someone from customer support please help me with my accounts and my subscription?
    I would love to use the last 2 months of kits in MOC 9

    @Becky you need to add each individual kit and card set to your cart for it to work for the January 2021 release. At least that’s how I managed to get it to zero out so I could use my last month of subscription.

    @Becky I have personally emailed you with download links to the kits from November through January and adjusted your account to make sure everything is working properly.
