Hello! I have contacted customer support numerous times, and I haven't had a reply in months. Can someone from customer support please help me with my accounts and my subscription? I would love to use the last 2 months of kits in MOC 9 Thanks,

@Becky you need to add each individual kit and card set to your cart for it to work for the January 2021 release. At least that’s how I managed to get it to zero out so I could use my last month of subscription.
@Becky I have personally emailed you with download links to the kits from November through January and adjusted your account to make sure everything is working properly. please let me know if you need anything else!
