Had a lot of fun with this one - had to look back and forth at directions. Thank you for the video!! OOPs!! After I posted, I saw an error. Oh well! I may go back and fix and repost.

addendum: did fix the issue, but it was too late to correctly put in a drop shadow. BOO!

Hi, this layout is still not working for me. I feel like I get stuck after I try to cut out the layer. How do I get the tool to stop cutting?

    Anne,
I cannot do this. I don't have photoshop. I am not sure what I can do instead.
I use a simple program called Scrapbook Max.
    Any ideas?

Do you have the ability to erase, and have layers?
I want you to be able to do something, and I will help in anyway I can!

    Well, I'll be damned.
    THANK YOU ANNE!
I'm gonna go have some fun with something I didn't know my program could do.

This will take some practice but here is my first ever OOB layout.

My erased lines could do with some work. My ball is a little wonky lol.
It took four layers of the same photo to achieve this so that I could get the shadows right on the boots and ball.

    Thank you again Anne.

Arrgh!! Can anyone link me up to the tutorial from last year for creating a separate layer for the drop shadow in PSE? I can not remember how to do it, so I'm stuck!
