January 8: Filled Template

Thanks for the template!
I rarely do just one 1 photo, so I did make a few changes:
Took original template and flipped it to the left, then I moved the photo spot and it's mats to the right. The flags I separated and moved a bit and added 2 new photo spots on top of them. One of the mats, I moved under the top photo and flipping it back to the original direction. Other items moved as necessary.

Thanks for the challenge, It really was a big challenge for me , new photoshop elements ( 15 ) had a will of It's own, but I like the end result.
