I could figure out to attached Lynn's torn template to the letters, but I think I will use it with papers on another day. I used my SBC programs' cut feature for mine. Thanks for the challenge - I really like out it turned out.

Really fun, and really a challenge. I can usually get PSE to work with the PS instructions; this one challenged me a little. Maybe it's my version (14). However, I was eventually able to figure it out. Thanks for giving me something to occupy my brain space this evening, on a very challenging day here in the U.S.
