Moldboards usually baffle me but this one got my attention it seems! 1.orange 2.steps 3.bird 4.big #s 5.food (January is def citrus time in my mind!)
This was not an easy one. Here is my layout: Inspiration: flowers, paint, colour scheme, round frame at mirror, tag, flying animal (butterfly), text on tags
Tried that one @cookingmylife but that's not it I think.... It does resemble the font used in your siggie, @cinna ...can you tell me what font that is?
I loved this challenge. I took inspiration from the flowers in hair, colors, camera, tag art and the frames. Day-6 by nfenchak posted Jan 6, 2017 at 3:46 PM
Use at least *5* different things off the provided inspiration image I chose: 1. Camera 2. Colors 3. Font - I used DJB Coffeeshop Espresso 4. Quote 5. The GRID of the inspiration image Credits: JustJaimee - Storyteller Oct 2016 1. Camera Flair 2. Quote 3. GRID using the template by JJ 4. Colors - I changed the colors of the papers and such to coordinate with the colors in the inspiration image 5. Font - DJB Coffeeshop Espresso
I picked, the peach/coral and navy color swatch, paint, words (journaling), photos (the camera on the board), doodle flowers (the sketch/doodles and the flowers).
Sorry, I don't know the name of the font on the Inspiration Board. The font I used on my page is Splandor, but it is not free.
Mine : My inspiration : Blue and orange colors / Camera / double exposure picture effect / the word Art / the watch / Grey background
Thank you for the challenge. My inspiration came from the blue, the shoes, the circle, the typewriter font, and the color orange. Credits: Kristin Aagard Designs ~ Little Boys, font ~ Tox Typewriter
ok so this pushed me so far out of my comfort zone I honestly have to say it wasn't fun but that is what MOC does for me...it encourages me to try things and see if I like them or not. I do have to say I am happy with the final result, although not sure if it is print worthy, yet. There is a story here, but I didn't want to journal on this simple LO...so here it goes my grandson is severely autistic. He won't go to bed alone and now he's not sleeping either. We recently read online about a boy who has a sleep service dog. So we adopted Bear a big, old, gentle dog. He is big enough if Adam kicks him he wont go flying across the room, old enough to not be hyper and gentle to not hurt him. We plan to train him to sleep with Adam hoping that Adam will feel secure and not alone. inspiration (very hard - hope I did it right) 1. curly font style - coffe therapy 2. White Background 3. black and white with pop of color - the picture on the right below the tag 4. the tag 5. sketched photo - the sketched tennis shoes, little boy, shy boy 6. typewriter style font - prestige elite (I added this one in case I missed something)
that took a lot of trial and error. I finally came up with the following, with the following 5 items: 1. blues 2. strips making a block 3. large circle in middle (the one with the quote I used) 4. quote 5. typewritter font I guess I can also say that it's an artsy page, which I was inspired by the mood board as well. The mood board was certainly outside of my "box"!
