Here's mine. I use Craft Artist 2. The title is in a font called 'Oogie Sketch', I applied one of the 'instant effect' styles and addded a drop shadow. The effet is called 'burger'

I used the metal rim styles on the flair and calendar - thanks for the freebies! Then I used style #227 frosted glass on the 2017 alpha.

Finally finished this one!
I created the title/wordart. Shadowed the top layer, added a kraft pattern style and for the bottom layer, I added a kraft pattern style as well as a bevel style that I had created for a previous project.
