Oh my goodness, this was SO challenging! Very fun!

I recolored the paper, distressed it with a custom brush, ran it through some of the Dahlia masks to grunge it up, and then clipped it to the swirls from After Dark.

I haven't gone to bed yet so it's still day three, yes? It's been a hecking bad day all around, everything from spoonie flares to technical difficulties to heartbreaking news, but I somehow managed to talk myself out of quitting this whole shebang more than once, so here I am, with at least something to turn in.

(Because I know the moment I let myself get behind it will be that much easier to just blow the whole thing off ...)

Anyway. I love mood boards. So much that I made several for this challenge - and then couldn't find a way to scrap any of them. I threw everything in the trash and started one more time, and came up with this:

I won't say I'm not happy with it, because I am, but you can bet this is not the idea I woke up with this morning. At any rate, it's done, and I can maybe get in bed before 4 am.
