I’m so excited to host the third challenge of this years MOC; 31 different challenges, 31 different pages to make, 31 opportunity’s to document beautiful moments and memories. This year I want to challenge you to get out of your comfort zone by using a crazy number of frames on your page. You can place the frames in every way you like: in a horizontal or vertical line, place them all over your page, hang them on a line. Just use your imagination. For this challenge, there are a few rules, the first one is to have lots of fun making your page. To fit the requirements of this challenge this you have to: - Use at least 10 distinct frames on your page (adding a stroke to a photo does NOT count as a frame; a frame with multiple openings is considered ONE frame) - Use at least 2 photo’s on your page - If you make a double page, there should be 20 frames to keep the spirit of the challenge Here is my page I've used 10 frames & 2 pictures Your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Your page must be posted in three places: Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site). Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish. Pages should contain at least 75% current Lilypad product (currently for sale in the store from either permanent designers or guest designers). Here's some amazing Polly Inspiration for this challenge
Space for any needed clarifications: Q:Could it be the same frame repeated 10 times, or do you want to see different frames like the examples? A: It's about the crazy number of frames used on the page, so, repeating 1 frame 10 times is allowed. Q: Can we use other styles of frames ie: painted &/or stitched frames as part of the 10 or do they need to be more standard style frames only? A: You can use other styles of frames, as long as I can clarify it as a frame (it must have 4 connecting sides) Q: Are ROUND frames OK? A: They are! Q: I know it has to have 10 frames. What if you go over a little and have 12. Is that still ok? A: Ofcourse! You can increase the number of frames to as many as you like Q: Can I use one photo nine times? Does that count as at least two photos? A: It does! There will be 9 pictures, so it fits the requirements! Q: Can you make your own frame or does it have to be element frames in a kit? A: You can make your own, as long as I can clarify it as a frame it's ok for me.

I have started working on my page but I think I will wait until tomorrow to finish so that by then clarification will be given as I thought I could duplicate a few different frames ( not one 10 times ).
@MiekSter - can we use other styles of frames ie: painted &/or stitched frames as part of the 10 or do they need to be more standard style frames only?
thinking about what I might create looking at my photos lists. Would spreading them over a double page spread be okay? @MiekSter

@MiekSter Oh Anne-Mieke... (just finished my page!!) I had such fun with this.. at first I was like oh my as this is not my normal but then I went on the hunt for frames knowing the photo I was going to play with and voila it all started coming together and I love my page!!! Hugs and thanks for this as for me it was a challenge!!! used 11 frames: APennington_Seize_Elements (frame) awolff_alltimelow_frame1 awolff_alltimelow_frame2 awolff_alltimelow_frame2 copy LG_ThisLifeHere_frame2 lgrieveson_bergen-frame lgrieveson_wild_free_frame prd_limitless_frame_paper prd_limitless_frame_penciled prd_sprung_frame_square sahindesigns-midnight-instaframe1
Mine with 10 frames...a real challenge for me ! 7 frames on the bottom of the page to the right under the photos and 3 on the big picture on the left.
I ended up with 11 frames as I found the square one just as I was about to finish my page and I liked it too much not to use it.
Here is a quote from the How to Instructions for MOC so I think you should be okay with double page: Do I have to scrap 12x12 pages for MOC? No, you can scrap in whatever format or size you normally scrap, as long as your pages fully comply with the rules of each challenge
mine is an example, but if I post here, my avatar shows up on the thread and my brain knows I finished! lol
