Ok, so I decided to go all out on this one, It is more or less a direct scraplift from this one ; from the colorbarn, where she talks about cutting the elements out in a blogpost, so it definitely is paper; http://colorbarn.in/forever-scrapbook-layout-made-to-order/ so sorry, I don't know how to make it smaller Took most of the afternoon LOL but here it is;
I need a ton of these challenges as I try to get lots of Christmas paper pages converted! Here is my paper page. I was definitely in my Fibers and Tags phase! And my new one...

So bummed...I worked on today's challenge through my entire lunch and there was an error saving it. I have to start all over again!! Good thing it's cold out and I'll be planted in my recliner once I get home tonight.
Thank you for this fun challenge. I've learnt a lot more about how advanced shadows work in my software today. We have a copy of How to Scrapbook by Aitman and McKenna in our paper crafting section of the bookcase. It was bought in clearance for the transferable techniques, but I've never actually studied the layouts in it before. I need to do that more often, there's a lot in there I don't do with digital that could add more dimension to my pages. I was inspired by the folded corners, and the double matting on this layout on page 19. The shadows on those folded corners were a challenge. Here's my page.
Thanks for the challenge!! I scraplifted this paper page: https://www.cocoavanilla.com.au/thats-my-boy-flying-high-layout-raquel-bowman/
