MOC 13 - Day 27 - Combine Two Templates Challenge

I used a Sahlin Studio template in combination with one of Lynn Grieveson's templates from Hear My Voice 36 Wondering.

Question: One of the templates I chose was a freebie during the LOD event of 2024. There's nothing in the store. Can I still use it?

I would think that you would just mention that it's retired but I'll let @cfile reply as they are more on top of the in's & out's of MOC this year than I am

A: It would depend who the designer is. If the designer is no longer a TLP provider, than no you cannot use a freebie template from 2024.

If you can give us more information Liz, then we can tell you for sure.
