January 25: Double Page Layout

Im going to be blunt... I SUCK at this look!
I wanted a 2 pagers that would flow into the eachother, but mine just looks like 2 seperate pages, and I still cant get down the "pocket" scrapping look.
Im just happy I got this memory in a layout

 

Because of the journaling text crossing the midline of the layout, I chose to keep the LO whole

 

Thanks for the fun challenge! I've been saving this photos for just the right one.

 

This was good motivation to scrap something I have tons of photos of, like my son's birth. I've realized that I really am a one photo at a time scrapper (unless we're talking pockets), but something like this really needs a big spread. I think I'll work on doing more in the future.

 

Thanks so much for the challenge: its about as matchy matchy as I can get...Its more about the back story rather than just a bunch of photos of my family I threw together that weren't even taken at the same time...I have been wanting to do a page like this and here was my opportunity...
