I've edited my 1st ever PL layout (MOC Challenge) and uploaded again to the gallery, so for now, I'm all up to date! xx

Love your approach Jude! I'm still trying to find out how I want to do PL, ie: pockets no pockets, embellishment etc...
May I ask what template you are using?

I just finished week 4 and wanted to pre-plan for week 5, but the problem hit me. I have two days next week that are in february, so my color scheme will be off. Since most of the week occurs in january, should I keep the colors with my January kit I'm using, or do I do February with the February kit? It is only two days, so...

I dunno. Tips would be appreciated.

I would stick with your January color's since there are more days you are documenting for it than February.

Kim, a thought I had was use the teal for the January photos and a color that is in both the Feb and Jan kits... so maybe pink and then have an element like the rainbow card you have for week 4 to pull it together color wise and then start fresh with the new Feb kit for the following week... that way you're still sticking to weekly, but separating the month... if you want to stick to strictly monthly... you could just have a short week for your two pages... and then have a long week for the next two pages...

there are so many options, can't wait to see what you decide :)

Thankyou :) - I've done varying approaches and I'm getting simpler and simpler. I made my own templates for this year - I made the squares rectangles with a consistent transparent border and blocked them together. My background size is larger than 12 x 12 but I'll just slot it into the book at the end of the year so my photos are slightly smaller than 4x6 or whatever.
