January 20: Photography Challenge | Through a lens of possibility

so sorry you have had bad luck with your storm! Stay safe!

Thank you so much for your kind words.
We had another storm last night (I couldn't sleep at all). But it seems we have no additional damage this time.

I took my photo looking through a thicknesser machine:

thank you so much for the wonderful and interesting Challenge!
Today the sun has risen so beautifully in the winter sky in Berlin and it is shining for the first time in days! I immediately photographed it through my glass ball

Here's mine:

Thanks for this fun challenge! I really enjoyed taking the photo of the ammo right through the jar it's stored in! I did think the jar was going to distort them more than it did, but I love how the layout ended up! These ammo jars make me smile when I see them, especially when the big boy is sleeping and they are one of the most visible signs that he's hiding out in the house somewhere!

Huggles!!

thank you for prompting me to get more creative with my photography.
This photo was taken through a music stand.

Thanks for the challenge. I did all the LEAP ones, will post a page later with them, it was a fun month.
this is the top of a Poinsettia flower, taken through rolled up paper.

Thank you for this great challenge! When I was in the playground with my grandchild earlier today, he was looking through a tube on the climbing frame. I immediately thought of this challenge and took this picture. :)

ok, I couldn't get my original thought to look right. then my husband and daughter brought home this incredible Lego set last night and when my daughter was done building for the day I looked at it on the table and immediately saw my answer!!

This definitely took a bit of thinking. As the kids played their handmade Connect Four game last evening it came to me I could see through those holes. So what you have is a photo of my Mickey planter looking through the holes of that
Connect Four game.

Ok here is mine. I too have lots of older photos that would have worked beautifully but in order to comply with the challenge I took this one today. It's not as pretty as I had in my head but my subjects were more interested in putting their hands in and feeding the fish, so this is the best I got. Still happy I manged to document their love for our fish in a fun way, as I would never have scrapped this page without the challenge.

I hope the fish, plant and water level in front of them creates enough visual markers that it was shot through the tank.

Also realised I would have had a better quality picture if I had cleaned out the tank prior but I'm just classing it as a glimpse into real life :blush:giggle
