January 18: All black or all white with B/W photo

I used 3 different paints, 4 different flowers, leaf foliage, scribble foliage, stamped leaf, 2 types of stitching, a black bow, and messy thread. Some elements had to be darkened and altered saturation

2022-18-MOC-Challenge: All Black or All White w/ b/w photo
This was hard... I hope it works for the challenge. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this. Started a black page as well as a white page. Submitting the white one, hoping to finish the black page soon...

I used:
Frame
Alpha

2 bows
1 curly ribbon
1 lace
5 flowers
2 sequins
2 sets of beads
3 brads
1 stitching
1 doily
2 buttons
1 star
4 snowflakes

This turned out so much better than I expected, but maybe my eyes are tired and it seemed to be picking up a blue hue in the gallery -- but color picker is showing dang close to white on everything.

In addition to the paper, frame and alpha I have: 2 stitches, 4 flowers, 2 leaves, 2 leaf/stems, 1 ampersand, 1 button, 1 doily bit, 1 bead scatter, 1 flower stitch (in center of flower)

So I loved this challenge! Not so much linking the credits! Didn't stop me from layering and clustering though! I realized how many shades of black there are and how annoying it is when one is too blue or too yellowish. And apparently, I need to go shopping because I have a lot of PRD kits and need to find some new favorites! Sorry, Hubby! {wink, wink} And I loved that I found the perfect photos to go with an all black layout!

Hope this fits the bill - the picture is of my youngest granddaughter at her First Communion - perfect for all of the white embellishments! On this layout, I've included 3 flowers, a button, beads, tulle (behind the picture), paint, washi tape, a clip holding the picture, torn paper bits, string, a tag and the cut-out word "Blessed" with white paper clipped to it. Credits in the gallery.
