January 17 | String-a-ling

What a fun challenge! There are so many directions you can go! I tried to focus not only on string/stitches, but textiles made of thread/yarn.

 

Thanks for the fun challenge! I did a string title, photo frame, and I used stringbats to create the cross stitch heart

Didn't expect to have a hard time with this challenge. But it took a while before I finally created this page.

 

Thanks for the (very) challenging challenge.

 

I had to make my own straight string from a string bow, and scraplifted the idea from Pinterest, but I am happy with how it turned out!

 

It's not as adventurous as it should have been because there are already plenty of stitches in the template but I did try to tangle the string with my title
(don't look too close because my shadows are weird as I couldn't figure how to add shadow on the entangled parts lol)
Anyway.

very out of my comfort zone, but now I want to use strings a lot more. Thanks!
