January 17: Inspiration Challenge (Image)

    I was inspired by the wood background. Went with a vintage photo of my grandparents. Also used lots of white space (for me). :-)

    I kept the woodgrain background, typewriter and vintage-ness of the photos. And, scrapping on the edge of the pae. [​IMG]

    I was inspired by the notebook, woodgrain, items on the edges of the composition, and I even added a typewriter. Thanks for the challenge!

    I love the inspiration picture! I was inspired by the wood grain background, the realism of items sitting on a page, the turquoise color and the burned edges of the background paper. :)

    Lots of inspiration including the wood background, teal color in the typewriter, vintage look and white space.
    The photo is of my childhood home until age 15. The photo was taken about 6 years after I moved away.

    This was a hard one for me - phew! I haven't done a lot of heritage layouts, even though I have a lot of heritage photos. I tried to place the elements around the edge, but I wanted to journal and have a few photos, so I filled in more space than the sample.
