I was inspired by the wood background. Went with a vintage photo of my grandparents. Also used lots of white space (for me).

Lots of inspiration including the wood background, teal color in the typewriter, vintage look and white space. The photo is of my childhood home until age 15. The photo was taken about 6 years after I moved away.

This was a hard one for me - phew! I haven't done a lot of heritage layouts, even though I have a lot of heritage photos. I tried to place the elements around the edge, but I wanted to journal and have a few photos, so I filled in more space than the sample.
