I used the app Andrea Mosaic that was mentioned earlier in this thread. It was pretty quick and easy, although you need to tweak the settings to get what you want. I'd like to go back and play with other settings, but other challenges are calling!
Here's mine I decided to use this challenege as an opportunity to get my cover page done for my Disney Album. I hope it's ok that I sepia'd and blended slightly as I'm hoping the mosaic is still evident, I just preferred the subtle look for my cover: Thank you for the great tutorial!
Hope it's ok to have 2 mosaic photos. I had made is mosaic as 1 image then split it in half for the layout.
Oh, that was a fun technique to try! I created the mosaic in Lightroom (print module) with photos from my son sinc his birth until now, and added it on top of his most recent photo.
This was so cool and fun! I compiled 400 photos from our trip to make the mosaic. I have some really cool ideas for this technique!
Thanks for the challenge and tutorials! If I do this again I'm going to let the collage repeat itself more so that the photos in the mosaic are smaller.
Thanks for teaching us this neat idea! I used a photo I took during our cruise last week and filled it with photos from throughout our vacation. A fun way to end our cruise album.
