I love seeing all the different ideas on how to use the template! Thank you for the challenge! Helpful criticism is always welcome! Thanks!
MOC has been/will continue to be so good for me! I don't have a scrapping style yet - I've been primarily a pocket scrapper and I've probably only ever made about 40 (non-pocket) layouts. So all these MOC challenges to try different styles are really helping me to experiment and find what I like, not to mention develop the skills to actualize my tastes. It doesn't stop me from being frustrated when I make layouts that don't come out as I'd hoped. I know I'll get there eventually
I love doing template challenges, but it's a struggle to use the dressed up version. Had fun choosing flowers and elements, though!
It was fun playing with Cheryl's cute template. I used: Fiddlesticks No30 by Fiddle Dee Dee And my own: Sprout Papers Hot, hot, hot Kit Andersen Kit
Day 13 MOC6 filled template It was hard to find enough elements that were the right color and theme to fill this page. I have a limited number of kits to pull from. Yes, I know the solution to that!
@gonewiththewind thank you for this awesome template! Maribel thanks for hosting a fun challenge! Came together so quickly!
I knew this would be fun when Gimp crashed trying to open all the png files :-D Not exact but pretty close. I switched out some elements and did away with others, but I tried to keep to the spirit of 97 layers, if not the exact number (close, once I got all the drop shadows in). My magpie heart has been soothed :-D
So many different styles! I love, love, love flowers and layers! The challenge for me was finding a kit with 16 different flowers (or roundish elements that could substitute for them)! lol
