January 12: Throwback Photo (Photography Challenge)

Thanks for the fun challenge! This was perfect timing because my sister sent me this throwback photo quite recently.

Always enjoy a trip down memory lane, Jia was 3.10 when I took this photo she will be 15 next month...she went through so many of them order books - I had kept one in her memorabilia box and dug it out for this layout. Fun Challenge...thank you
 
I struggled with this one a little, as throwback photos aren't my favorite and I don't have a lot of my old images in a format I can use for digital scrapbooking. However, when I re-read the fine text and saw it only had to be older than 2013, I was inspired! I have a Disney album (from 2012) that I have yet to complete and this challenge was perfect for getting me back to looking at and scrapping those memories! Here's the result:

 
I had to dig out a baby pic of my 7 year old for a school project and found some pics of my daughter at the beach that I knew would be perfect for this... she was 16 months old and just so darn cute! Thanks for this fun challenge...off to start my page!

I've been trying to get this page scrapped for literally years, and I finally figured out how to get it done. The date's on there, but it's hard to see: July 12, 2012. Thanks for the great challenge!
