Another Very Interesting Challenge...I Generally Don't Do These Kind Of Layouts...I Like Adding More Elements & I Tend To Do More Background Multiple Paper Blending...Using One Paper & Especially One Solid Paper Is Certainly Not My Norm But I Learned A Lot Actually...I Had More Ideas About Scrapping More Of These Kind Of Layouts In The Future...So Thanks For This Challenge & Teaching Me To Once Again Broaden My Scrapping Horizons...

The Rules Of This Challenge:

  1. Start With A Solid Background Paper-I Went With A Solid Black Paper-(I Placed A Matching White Linear Frame Around It To Match The Frame Around My Photo(It Does Not Say You Can't Do This In The Rules-Hope This Is O.K....)
  2. Add One Photo & You Can Add A Frame-I Added One Photo & I Added A Linear Frame
  3. Add Paint Behind Your Photo-I Added 1 Paint Behind My Photo(Yes...It Is One Paint)
  4. Add One Or More Flowers & One Or More Leaves Or Branches-I Added 1 Flower & 1 Branch
  5. Add Three Buttons,Flairs Or Brads-1-Has The Word "Merry" On It(I Did Not Add This) & 1-Has The Number "25" On It(I Did Not Add This) & My 3rd Has A Tree On It
  6. Add Some Stitches-I Added 1 White Stitch
  7. Add A Tag-I Added One Brown Kraft Tree Tag(The Ribbon Was Already Attached-I Did Not Add this)
  8. Add One Optional Element-I Added The Star Scatter Across The Photo
  9. Use A Piece Of Word Art As Your Title-I Added The Fa La La La La WA
  10. Include At Least 5 Words Of Journaling-I Added 6 Words-Placed On Top Of The Photo
  11. Include The Date-I Put The Date "December 2018" Just Above The WA
*To Create My Holiday Sparkle Layout-I Used:

Thanks for such a fun beginning! I like having the blind scrap as the first challenge because it keeps me away from using a template and often calls on me to pull from multiple kits, both of which are a stretch out of my comfort zone.
