@Lena Gardner I use Scrapbook Max. I don't have the ability to justify text like photoshop does but I will do my best. ok?

@Lena Gardner , how much of sticking out is allowed? Only 3 pages in and I am a bit confused: card sticking out ok? Paint or splatter underneath strip?
I don't want to have to redo my page, but i like what others have done with splatter for example.

this does NOT work - -all it does is left justifies.
perhaps this only works on the latest version. I use pse 10. any suggestions
