    GIRL!!!!!

    Many of you have already seen this on facebook, but YES, I'm going to have a granddaughter!! After raising 4 boys, this is something I'm really looking forward to.

    My son and his fiance invited us to come to the ultrasound on Saturday, and when the little peanut finally decided to cooperate and show what she was, we all held our breath. I really was excited for either...my son and his fiance both wanted and thought it was a boy, but I really really really wanted my husband to have a little girl to spoil.:beat He's not a shopping spoiling kind, but he is going to think the world revolves around her and I know she'll never be able to do anything wrong!

    Sometime in July...I'm not sure of the exact date, but I'm going to be one excited grandma!! She will be the prettiest little girl that ever drew a breath...of that I'm sure! LOL

    Can you believe I haven't gone shopping for her yet? I think I want to do a room in my house first, because she'll need a place to sleep in when she comes over, right?

    Congrats!!!! And of course she needs a room in your house. Maybe unicorn theme... or something fancy and girly!

    Congrats Debra! I was able to give my mother in law the first girl after she raised 4 boys too! Girls are the best. You are going to go crazy buying adorable stuff for her.

    Thanks girls!! I am really excited, but still in a bit of shock I guess.

    We've actually been talking about moving so we have a better house to have grandkids in, one where we can have a little craft room/nursery, talking about colors (I'm actually not thinking of pink! LOL...I don't think I could handle that much pink!_)

    I'm going to be working on learning my camera better too. I will NOT be using my iPhone for all my baby pics! This will be my focus now!

    wheeee! just can't wait! Hurry up July!!
