I'm trying to make cards for a hybrid Gratitude Album and December whatever (so many names). Is there a template for this? Just seeing if I can avoid some work making my own. Thanks!
Any of the storyteller and most JC packs come with a pdf file of the cards. You can open pdf in photoshop, and create a layout fairly quickly. I may be able to help with that tomorrow if needed
That is my plan. Just thought I'd ask if there was one. I'll PM you if I need help. I appreciate the offer. I just like shortcuts. And if you have any tips I'd appreciate it. Thought I'd use solid papers cut that size and just lay them on top of the ones on the page.

I meant to write "template" not layout. That is what I did for my planner spreads. Scanned in my blank planner pages, then created shapes to fill the space, and now to make a spread, just clip papers. Love it You can always start with a new 8.5x11 document in photoshop, and just add any journal cards and use those as a template... you'd always be able to clip papers on top of existing journal cards to make new cards.
Trading cards are not the same size as journal cards, so that first of Liz's template will not work. The other two products are for doing other things entirely. LM's are for putting several pics/papers on one 4x6 card, and the other from Liz is for taking a card that already exists and running it though your printer so you can add text to it. Have you thought of buying 4x6 paper instead? It would be less wasteful and also less work. You don't need to do anything for a 4x6 card and you only need one cut to get two 3x4s. Just because the printer is bigger doesn't mean you need to use bigger paper. You should be able to get some nice quality glossy or matte in the smaller size.
Thanks Lorry. I wasn't going to print my own. My printer is on it's way out the door. But that is a good idea for the future. Darn it Bart, I thought someone else had an idea for me. Poor Kellie is surely getting chapped lips.
Aww I am so happy to do so. I have met so many wonderful new friends here at TLP. I should really thank Danyale because if I was not constantly stalking her I would not have landed here and found such an amazing new home.
I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, if you are just looking for journal card templates?? Or? Maybe these would help? https://the-lilypad.com/store/3x4-Photo-Templates-Vol-1.html https://the-lilypad.com/store/4x6-Photo-Templates-Vol1.html
Being able to print out the journal cards like the PDF's that are included sometimes, but some kits don't have them. So I'm just converting a pdf 8.5x11 to jpg and using it for a template.
