Check out who got together this Sunday for a 3 hour breakfast/lunch... @flowersgal and her DH met me and my DH at a restaurant just a few miles away from our home. They were driving back home from a trip, realized that they would be near us and we arranged a meet-up. It was my first IRL, and it was AMAZING! We talked for hours.
Wonderful! I got to meet some digiscrapping online friends long ago. Twice. A group of us rented a small banquet room in a hotel and we scrapped together and went out to eat and walk around town. It's so fun to meet in real life and add dimension to our online friendships!
What fun! I loved having lunch with @flowersgal when her family was in our area for a wedding. It is great fun to meet people in real life.
So fun! I know one designer IRL because she went to high school with my sister but other than that I've never met or met up with anyone.
Wow, Michele! I can't imagine what a fantastic experience that would have been. Three hours was definitely too short, although I'm sure our waitress was glad when we finally left. LOL.

Oh WOW! I've never been to Vancouver. We made it as far as Victoria (and Butchart Gardens), but never Vancouver... I'll take you up on that one!
