I need to share this with people who will really appreciate it - and that's you guys! *sniff sniff* THIS is why I am a memory keeper.

Last day of elementary school for Julia (and ever for my family!) so I did a little side-by-side comparison of her Kindergarten and 5th grade photos. Oh my heart...

Laura I'm so glad you shared this with us! (BTW, she is a MINI-you :heartlub) - Isn't it just crazy how the years march on?! Each memory is a treasure and, like you, I'm so grateful to be able to scrap them ... keeping the memories alive forever!!!
Here's to a great year to your 'growing-up-too-quickly' 5th grader!! Sending you hugs!!

Awww she is so beautiful! Time sure does go by in a hurry, doesn't it! My youngest is starting his last year of middle school this year *sigh*.

My oldest daughter just started her sophomore year of college so I know from personal experience how truly fast the time goes!

She is like a mini you! Time does fly and I'm so thankful that I take a lot of photos and scrap to help preserve those memories.

awwww I know how hard this is. She is beautiful by the way! We had to say goodbye to the public school district in June as our youngest graduated from High School................... BUT I was ready to say goodbye to it so I did some high fives!

Aww... I'm feelin' ya. My daughter turned 8 today. EIGHT! She's almost double digits. I can hardly believe it.

They days go slow but the years go fast.

Ah! Yes, something special when the baby of the family grows up. Two more years of high school for my baby. Then all the birdies will have flown the nest.

I never get tired of seeing side by side comparison pics! I just love those!! (p.s. she looks like you! Copy/paste!)

She is gorgeous and looks so much like you! I love taking photos like that...should do it more often really. Must get one of those little blackboards :) And I totally agree, this is why we scrapbook :beat

This is precious. I so wish I had this kind of thing for my chicks, much less photos of them in school! So much of that wasn't thought of back then especially in the countries we lived in. I love yours. :heartlub:heartlub:heartlub
