    @lmccandless Not sure if this already exists but here at TLP, but could we add a map feature where people could pin their location in an effort to connect locally? (And also because it's fun to look at how wide spread everyone is!) I was reading the Philly meet up thread which made me think of the map that is a feature in another scrapping group I'm in. They use this service: https://www.zeemaps.com (free for 1 map w/ unlimited points on the map!)

    If this does already exist in the forum somewhere, can someone point me to it? :)

    That would be super cool! We used to have a little "location" tag under our avatar that we could list our location. I kinda miss that.

    @jesskab I believe it was Kristina? @klee73010 I'll see if I can find it.

    If you click on a profile, you can see where someone is from if they filled in that thread. Like yours says "Michigan". It's an extra click, but it is there!

    @Jeanet I suspect there are a lot of gallery posters who don't read the forums because of the language barrier. In my 10 years of scrapping I've yet to find another digi scrapper in the greater Washington DC/Baltimore MD area. There is one woman in western Maryland I know but we've never met up.

    I'm assuming here, but I believe @QuiltyMom Jan is in what's defined as that area. We chatted about it one day as my friend lives in Reston.

    Yup. I'm in Fairfax County at the edge of Arlington and Alexandria. I just haven't put my pin on the map because I'd need to register, and I'm horrible about doing things like that.
