Yuck! So sorry that you're having to deal with this, but on a small good note, now you can gloat to the big know-it-all men, that you were right and they were wrong. :) Sending you a big hug!

This sucks sooo much Rebecca! I guess the only saving grace is that you get a new floor... *again* ((hugs))

thanks girls. :) you are all the best!

renee, you're right, the new floor IS a bonus because when they 'fixed' it the first time they left a big seam in it. so maybe this time the floor will get done right also. ;)

So sorry Rebecca. I know how hard it must be to have your house torn up, and then to have to do it again. I'm happy it's under warranty though. Keep fighting to get it done right. My dh has to redo some work (while I'm gone next week) because he got lazy the last time. I feel bad he has to do it again, but I can't have new baseboards put in when the finish on the floor is all messed up!

Oh no Rebecca! Hugs for sure! My hubby is a construction dude and I would demand that they find the source of the problem and not just fix it again. There seems like there needs to be better "tiling" or something outside so it can't even pool there by the door. Do you have gutters and tiling under ground do you know?! Just wanted to virtual hug and suggest having them look into that. You'd hate to have them fix it again and it just happen again - KWIM!

I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this but I am so glad that it is under warranty. What a pain! I hope the new door does the trick!
