OUCH! My abs hurt. You don't suppose it was the 90 sit ups, 80 supermans and 20 ab roll outs that were just PART of the workout I did at CrossFit yesterday?
Yikes....now you're getting me scared to start my situp/crunches on Monday. I've lost a few pounds lately and now I'm needing to tone up the gut!

OK... tell me what supermans and ab roll outs are... I've been having major back problems with carrying my chunky monkey and I know it's because my abs are trashed after 3 rather large pregnancies... and I'm a bad girl and totally need to get in shape again...
I thought you were going to say you coughed and peed in your pants.... that's what happens to me, 4 9lb babies....le sigh
