I have a PC and have always had a PC. I love it and like amanda, I haven't ever had trouble with mine. no lock ups or viruses or anything like that. 
I do pay for virus protection though and I guess I have had a good one. LOL!
I scrap with PSE and though I love it I do want to upgrade eventually just cause I want to play with some things and it's so much easier to use actions with full photoshop. It's a pain in the arse to load them into PSE and things. that's really my only beef!
