I am having lots of trouble with new website and need help

    I think the new website looks nice but I am having trouble negotiating my way to use it in many cases and at the same time trying to figure out all the camp adventures post and forums and where to find them

    I just bought a lot of stuff from store and when I hit Paypal to pay it showed a much higher amt than was suppose to. i went to just the check out tab and then it was fine but the choice of Paypal was on the previous page and it did go to Paypal but with wrong amt

    I didn't see the free Lynn Marie collection for spending 20 dollars in my cart.

    i cant find how to download my stuff. something appeared and then disappeared and I cant find go to my acct and previous purchases.

    it is too much to learn at same time / help...please

    I'm hoping you might have received download links in email, but hopefully they can get you sorted.

    I'm sorry you are having difficulties. I know Esther is working on a long list of bugs and she will certainly come to your rescue. If you send a help ticket through the shop she is more likely to see it sooner.

    Can you let me know your order number by a contact is request form so that I can look into this first thing in the morning…. And I May have more questions around your steps so we can recreate it for development to tweak. Let me take a look at your order first and then we can discuss what happened where.
