I like mine medium well/well done. I have an irrational fear of undercooked meat.

We go to a lot of steakhouses since DH is GF, so this topic comes up quite a bit for us! DH likes his R-A-R-E. Like you'd be better off handing him a fork and pointing him towards the cow RARE. He says he prefers medium-rare, but I force him to order it rare when we go out (and re-emphasize with the wait staff that he wants it RARE), so that he gets what he wants. I like mine medium or medium-well.
