How do you MOC?

So far this year, I'm doing them in order. Like Julie said, they've been pretty easy so far, so I haven't had to skip one yet. Last year I didn't go in order. I kept a little notebook with everything written down and would cross them off as I got them done. But it drove me crazy to not have them in order in my layouts thread, so I would go back and change them around (weensy compulsive there). I'm glad I'm in good company with that. :D

I have to go in order, but I did convince myself that if I ran in to one that gave me a hard time, I would be ok with skipping over it briefly and continue on. I'm pretty sure it will drive me crazy, though.

This is my first MOC and so far I've had time to do them in order (one of the perks of being sick sitting in my jammies all day). I'm traveling this week so things will get crazy. I'll have to see if I can do them in order then. I hate being hung up on something that's not flowing that day...so I might have to switch things up!

So far I've had time to do them each day. I told my 9 year old about MOC after I did my blending football page the other night and tonight at supper he asked if I had my page done already :)

This is a great suggestion, thanks Molly!

This is a brilliant idea...because I'm also obssesive about order ... but though I have been making one a day in order, today I didn't get to scrap until the evening and I can see missing a day or two when Sarita has the operation.... so, yes, genius idea!!!!

I think I like creating in order just so I know where I am. otherwise I get all confused and can't remember what I have not finished. But I might not post in order, since I am weird about finishing things. Either way I am having SOOO much fun!

PLEASE don't do this! If you don't finish all 31 challenges, this really messes up my tallies at the end of the month because it makes it look like you have finished them. If you truly can't handle your days being out of order in your thread, don't post until you get caught up, and then add them all to your thread at once, in order.

I do them in order. It's super hard for me to save a layout for later and not finish it in one sitting. I have had to do it but I really prefer to finish it when I'm in the zone. ;) It's been a great help this year to have my 2014 photos all sorted so I can go through them and find one I want to scrap quickly.

Starting out by doing them in order but I'll wait and see if it continues that way....I may come across a challenge that will take me a few days to think about.

in order if i can but when it got towards the end last year and i was a few days behind, whatever i was inspired to do first, i just went with

I did what Kimberlee did last year, kept a notebook, skipped around -because I got majorly stuck on one, crossed things off. But mine got sooooo messed up. I copied all the challenges on the computer. printed them out as the days went. wrote my credits on the papers. lost the papers. skipped LO's. Couldn't find where I saved the papers on the computer. Started another notebook. All during this time i got about 10-15 layouts behind because I was really sick. But that didn't stop me. And I kept starting over with the notebook, losing everything, reprinting, resaving, AND having my scrapbook programs breaking -- madness all month. But I had a blast. I only did 23 layouts, but that's 23 layouts more than I did the entire year before. I printed out a book of those layouts that I am very proud of.

This year, I have done two so far, I plan on doing them in order. I didn't even plan on doing MOC this year until the last second -- lol, so anything I do is just fun and to get me back into scrapping. So we'll see how far I get. Of course I got to miss the last 3 days because I was sick again. But I am really, really hoping to be more organized this year. But, I'm really, really not counting on it! :)

I think it's just fun being a part of things like this, finish or not, so I hate to pass them up. <3

I'm hoping to do them in order, but if not I just refrain from posting in the thread until I post my LO. That way I can see easily which ones I haven't done yet from the forum icons.

Last year I did a lot of pages in the last 3/4 days. It was awful ^____^
This time, I'm trying to do a page every day. It's like a family challgenge, as I did my page with the support and the help of my partner. He helps me to choose the photo and give me some advices (I often ask..is it better with this element or without? clicking like crazy on the layer ^____^). He encourages me to do the page every day ("I'm tired." "No, you have to do the page now!!" :D )

I hope I can be on track for the rest of the month!!!

In order, is not easy but I know myself, if I do not that, I do not the challenge out of the way ...

This is my third year and I"ll try to do them in order but I know from previous years that there always be a challenges you don't know what to make, therefore I make a "empty" thread with the title of the challenge, so I always know wich one is I have to make :)
