So, I just got home last night from holiday traveling and have been itching to start my MOC layouts. Now I have 5 to choose from, but I'm just anal enough that I want to go in order. :giggle

So what about you? Will you go in order or mix it up? If you get stuck on one will you just move on and come back to it?

the first year, I begun in order, then hit color inspiration challenge...and I had in my head what I wanted it to look like....and had spent my allotted funding....I filled my wish lists, and saved one the first of many WIP pages (work in Progress). Two weeks later I went back and finished the page, it was just how my brain wanted it to be...so my heart was happy. I also learned that I can break out of order and learned to shelve a page that isn't exactly right, and go back...I had never done that.

So far I've had the time to go in order, and they've been challenges that weren't too hard. I know I will hit one eventually that will throw me for a loop though!

This is my first MOC, so I'm not sure how well my "system" will actually work, but...

I'm at least starting a layout for every challenge and throwing embellishments, paper, photos, etc. into a PSD file. As inspiration strikes and I have time, I'll spend a few minutes on one layout or another. I've finished three so far, but only posted one. Two more are already in progress. :)

This is my first MOC, for now I make them in order because I was in holidays... But now... I don't know which method I will, I will make all the challenges... That's my goal.

I do them in order. Saturday was a busy day for me, so didn't get any scrapping done, but I still did the Saturday challenge first on Sunday, wonder if I can keep it up? , there is bound to come a challenge that I would rather "do later "..

Last year I started late and I just did them as I was inspired. I had to post them in order though because that would have driven me crazy. This year, I have had time to do them in order.

in order. if i were to miss a day for some reason, i would make an empty post in my thread and go back and fill it in later because it would bother me if they were posted out of order. :giggle

This is a great suggestion, thanks Molly!

Last year I did them in order, so far this year I'm doing the same, but last year I had a few doozies that had me pulling out my hair- If that happens this time - I'll either call it done and move on or shelf it and come back to it!

So glad you are joining in this year! And what a great idea! I may try this as well since I'm already 3 days behind.

I do them in order. I seriously get antsy waiting for the next challenge to be posted.

I have done that too.

I missed out the art inspiration one, will go back to it. In fact I was in two minds about whether to put the photo treatment page I did in that (it would fit) and do another photo treatment page, but I decided not to. Hoping inspiration does strike at some point for that one.

I don't scrap in any order any way so missing one out here and there and going back to it doesn't cause me any undue emotional distress :)

I need to go in order for my brain to function lol

This is my first year. I'm finding that I like to get them done as soon as I can after they are posted because I am worried about getting behind. But I've never really scrapped photos in order and am not tied to doing the challenges in order.

How do I MOC? lol... slowly, but fast. I have been able to keep up daily, which is shocking, but I've also been scrapping faster than I usually scrap. Hoping this continues! I will try to keep doing each day, it will work better for me that way. I am like Mollyc too... make a spot to fill.

BOR.ING. I do them in order. I like to finish before noon, if I can. I am also concurrently finishing Dec 2014 project life. Whew!

Order doesn't seem to matter but I tend to stay totally focused on whichever page I'm doing until I feel it's done. I never have more than one page in partial completion at a time. But if I get behind because I get stuck, which I almost did today with the photo challenge, I may continue out of order. Like choose an easier page next... Rest my brain and my creative bone...
