Dinner clean up. I hate cooking a meal and then having to clean up everything after. I just want to enjoy my meal and then be lazy!
Bathrooms - that the boys use. Yuck! But they are in charge of cleaning the bathrooms themselves, so they have to clean up their own mess. It has made the boys take more care!
all of them? But seriously, I'm in line with everyone else... the bathrooms. I'm surrounded by guys in this house, so ewwww!
Everything... that's why I have a cleaning lady. But with my allergies, dusting and sweeping is the worst for me. As for the bathroom I wipe down the shower every time I take a shower so it doesn't get bad. So I don't mind cleaning the bathroom if needed.
Cleaning lady - one of the perks of living where I do. Toilets that boys use and windows are my least favourite, followed by ironing in summer.
All of it but probably ironing is my least fave thing. Favourite would be dishes I’d say. If I could afford a cleaner I would.
I'd say bathrooms, but I outsourced that to the boys in this house. They make most of the mess - they can clean them up! Come to think of it, I've outsourced most of the poop chores to them - kitty litter, dog poop pickup, bathrooms. So, the ones I do? Sweeping. I hate that it's a daily chore and as soon as it's done, it's messy again 5 minutes later! It's the most unrewarding chore because it doesn't stay done for any length of time.
My cleaning lady was here the other day and she was pleasantly surprised at how little dust was on the dust mop. I guess the investment of the iRobot has paid off already! I resisted getting one for quite awhile but finally did in July. I have 2 rules: 1- is to always check the house to make sure there are no hidden surprises from the dog before I run it and 2- never run it when I'm not at home even though I have that capability. Rule #2 goes back to rule #1. So for those that do hate to sweep, I highly recommend getting a robotic vacuum.
That's why I like to mow the grass (at least when it's not 95° outside) ... it looks nice for at least 48 hours. Plus it gets me outside and gives me some exercise ... I have a quarter acre with a tiny 912 s.f. house on it.
