WOW You are a little bit crazy and a lot of awesome. I had a remodel in our house a while back due to a flood (water line broke). I couldn't handle the mess so I left to my mothers for two weeks. lol

oh we went through it a few weeks ago...but the council did it, I didn't have to pay anything but they were working here for 2 weeks and it wasn't pretty...it is great when is finished though, we generally do DIY on our own, so we finished up and now is great...so you got that to look forward too...
I dont envy you with young kids though...

Lots of work indeed, but always worth it!
