I'm starting this one today because I need a little advice and maybe some recommendations
. I had a wellness check done a couple of weeks ago and while I went in feeling pretty good about myself, I came out feeling old, fat, and about to die of a heart attack. I'm not overweight, even though I would like to lose about 10 pounds personally, but they told me that my body fat percentage is a little high and I need to turn some of that in to muscle. My blood pressure is great, but my cholesterol and triglycerides were bad. I have really been watching what I eat since then, cut out a lot of carbs, haven't had a soda for about 3 weeks, and started back at the gym. I've lost 4 pounds, but I'm struggling with really good lunch options. I'm mostly doing spinach salads and tuna but I know it's going to get really old. I've looked at tons of stuff online and I'm not really getting anywhere.
Soooo, does anyone have any ideas for me? Anyone else struggle with this??
